We're welcoming market stand holders to set up for FREE at our annual Wilsonton Family Community Carols night.
Bump in is at 12pm on the 15th December 2023.
Lisa our volunteer will be onsite Friday December 15th from 12 noon to 3pm for bump in.
NO acesss will be granted after 3pm please make sure you bring your marquee, tables, and own lighting.
Your vehicle will be permitted behind your stall to free up parking for the public.
ENTERTAINMENT providers pls drive in and park at back of stage area.
We are expecting a Large CROWD so please remember to be careful moving in and around the areas at the end of the event.
Registration for your stand is essential.
